I have always been passionate about helping others. Becoming a Control Tactics and Situational Strategies (CTSS) instructor was a natural step in fulfilling that passion. Since becoming a control tactics instructor in 2012 and a CTSS instructor in 2015, I have dedicated myself to empowering security professionals to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. I thrive on helping officers become the best in their industry, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to perform safely, effectively, and confidently.

With over 20 years of industry experience, I pride myself on making complex concepts and strategies accessible to everyone I teach. I’ve had the privilege of training across Canada and the United States, working with military personnel, peace officers, correctional officers, and security professionals. These diverse experiences have shaped my instructional approach, ensuring that every lesson is practical, relevant, and easy to apply in real-world situations.
