I specialize in two types of people:
The first type is what I call the “Everyday Athlete.” This person is determined to stand out amongst their friends, to be faster, stronger, and more athletic than their peers. If you are a parent or grandparent, my goal is to help you keep up with your kids or grandkids and even outlast them at the park. I aim to help you stay active and create lasting memories one step at a time.
The second type is Sports Athletes. If you have been struggling to stand out and are in the middle of the pack on your team or in your sport, getting stronger, faster, and more explosive is the easiest way to get noticed and have an edge over your competitors and teammates. If getting to the next level is important, then training in the gym is the next step.
As part of my journey, I have taken many courses ranging from Dr. Stu McGill, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. My other passion is martial arts; thus, I have many years of mixed martial arts training in boxing, kickboxing, and jujitsu. My job is to help change your life. I will give you strength and confidence, mentally, emotionally, and physically, through personal training, to make you the strongest, fastest, and most resilient person inside and out.

For every new client who signs up, I offer you the opportunity to trust me and build confidence in my ability to help you achieve your desired results. For your first 12-week training block, I am offering the following:
Minimum two training sessions per week for 12 weeks, ensuring at least 80% of the program is complete.
I guarantee that by the end of the 12 weeks, you will be stronger and faster. If not, I will give you the cost of 1 month of training and personally help you find another trainer to ensure you achieve your desired results.
