Why Personal Training?

Six years ago I was 280 lbs, overweight, horrible nutrition habits and not physically active. Enough was enough! I finally decided I needed to change. I became more physically active, changed my diet and my weight started to drop. It wasn’t easy but it was worth it! I’d love to be able show you what i did to change. I want you to reach your true potential.
